Southern France, a beautiful place during all seasons, should be high on your list of places to visit. Monaco in particular has beautiful charm and something for everyone, so I put together three full days of lovely places for your next Monaco getaway.
Visit the Oceanographic Museum where the famous explorer Jacques-Yves Cousteau was the curator for many years
Have lunch at Restaurant Castelroc directly across from the Prince's Palace with amazing food and the perfect atmosphere for a mid afternoon glass of Prosecco.
The Prince's Palace of Monaco to watch the changing of the guards daily at 11:55 AM. Then visit the museum, which includes access to the state apartments built in the style of Louis XIV.
Saint Nicholas Cathedral where Grace Kelly married Prince Rainier. Both of them are also buried in this church.
Take a taxi or rent a car for the day and drive up to La Turbie, a village that overlooks Monaco. Wander the streets of this ancient town or visit the Trophée d'Auguste à La Turbie, a monument built by the Romans in 7 BC.
Catch an AS Monaco game at the Stade Louis II. Even if you don't follow the team, the stadium has very unique architecture and tickets are very affordable, not to mention the location is very accessible, even by foot.
